Charter for Decision Environments

Preamble

Human intelligence does not exist only within individuals.

It also emerges from the systems through which people reason together.

When those systems distort signals, suppress uncertainty, or erase memory, decision quality deteriorates regardless of the intelligence of the individuals involved.

The Third Intelligence establishes environments designed to protect the integrity of reasoning.

This constitution defines the principles that govern those environments.

Its purpose is simple:

Article II — The Decision Environment

The Decision Environment forms the operational core of the system.

It introduces structured reasoning disciplines including:
